Itsy Bitsy Spider putter question

I picked up a nice Itsy Bitsy Red Spider Limited putter with no sightline. This one has the slant neck and I’ve haven’t seen much on these, only the ones with the double bend shaft.
Is this a rare great find? Also, it has a serial # on the bottom. Does that mean anything....such as a being a tour club? Hopefully not counterfeit?

Any feedback would be great!

Well, I just learned this was a limited TM Vault release in 2016. Not very many of them released.

I had one and did not have any trouble finding it. I found no difference other than the "Itsy Bitsy" written on the bottem. I owned three Spider Tour black purest and they were all the same. They are great putters, congrats on the pick-up.
