Had my first rainy day round today, so I think that it is fair to say that the clubs are broken in. Still haven't put together a solid 18 holes, but have had some pedestrian front nines and some solid back nines. Went 44 - 38 today for an 82. Not my best score ever, but it was in a pretty steady drizzle and some solid winds, so I'm by no means upset with the score.

Think my favorite clubs, so far, are the driver and the putter, but I am still so happy with everything in the bag at the moment.

First great round with the new clubs including my 3rd best nine holes ever. The approach shots were all pretty close, but 17 and 18 are all incredibly tough pars. Ultimate jinx, but still no 3 putts with the LAB after 5 rounds. Driver was squirelly today, but I made up for it with recovery shots.

6 rounds in with the new sticks, so wanted to share some simple stats of these 6 rounds compared to my YTD stats with my old clubs. I've posted my thoughts on the individual clubs in their respective threads, so unsurprisingly, the FIR% is down as the driver has been my biggest struggle early on. I think it's safe to say that this also negatively impacts my GIR%. However, scoring is down, putts are down, and birdies are up which is a tribute to the better play on and around the greens after only 6 rounds. I will also say that I have been playing courses that are longer in length and a bit higher in difficulty than what I usually did earlier in the year (73.3 rating. 135.8 slope average over the 6 rounds). Still a small sample size, obviously, but I truly get giddy to get out and play every time I see my bag. Very happy with the clubs, so far.
