Looks like a bad putter flip that he wouldn’t be able to catch so he kicked it to keep it from hitting and damaging the green.
Yikes! I could never flip my putter like that for fear my poor hand or foot and eye coordination would result in me damaging the green!
Must be a decent soccer player....

It shouldn’t matter if it missed the green, did it miss the green? It still came crashing down and and smacked part of the playing area of the golf course! He should be roasted! The talk of THP today!
