L.A.B. Golf DF3 Putter

It looks better-ish for sure.

It is unfortunate that a zero-torque or MOI putter will never be a Toulon Dallas ...

My fitting went great yesterday, but I don't know how much I trust the fitter as they told me I had a range of + or - 2* on the lie that I could play and 1" or so on the length. They also didn't have a ton of stuff to see on aligment, etc. But I was surprised they fit me into the 1.5* grip.

But man is this thing easy to roll, can't wait to have it in hand and hit the practice green!

If the Black Friday savings were in place for the OZ I likely would have bought one.
I'd be tempted - for certain.

Black grip, heavy head, better alignment. Nothing but nothing but cup. 😉

Do you get any of the forward press out of the grip on the counter balanced putters. I really like the press grip.

Thats kind of why I went with the CB setup. The stock length press grips seem to throw me off a bit. The CB has a std Superstroke tour grip and the few times I've tried it in store seem to prefer the overall bit heavier weight and familiar grip.

Took a bit of a shot in the dark here, but hoping for the best! Ha!

It been too cold here to do anything other than stay inside and quietly pray for the sweet relief of death so instead of doing that I’ve been constantly rolling putts.

Often I’ll switch it up to some other putters still in my stable but the only thing that’s doing is making me quickly realize how much I actually get along with DF3.

The sound and feel is so much better than anything else I own. And then after every put seeing it roll exactly end over end down the same line in my living room rug is so satisfying.

I wish I could share more stories of sinking big putts on course like I have the past two times out with it. But, we are in the dark days of Ohio now friends. Rug rolls is the best I can do right now. 😫

Ordered mine Monday afternoon. As someone who has struggled with confidence in putting in general, I'm really excited to get this in the bag.

Was able to update my DF3 order with the new Gears shaft. Hoping it has a more crispy feel compared to the Accra.

I'd try Gears but am already in love with the TPT shaft. But the Gears sounds excellent.

Yeah, the TPT looks awesome, just didn’t want to add that much to the purchase.

Quick head numbers on the number of people I know with one in theirs (quite a few) minus the number of them that didn't have to pay for it show that you're not alone in that. Only leaves a couple.

I know a lot of you guys love the LAB putters. But, I didn't find them to be anything special. Besides, I don't think I could get past the look, which reminded me of the Starship Enterprise. It was too distracting.

If they made one like that I would absolutely buy it.

When I missed a putt with it, the first thought I had was, "Beam me up Scotty."

The TPT shaft is expensive. I have been thinking about getting my DF3 a TPT for Christmas but haven’t. The other option would be to just buy a new putter. I am not certain how to hide a 1K spend on it though.

I get it...
I actually bit the bullet and put the TPT in my new OZ.1i partially based on your comments. I also read about the differences and have the ACCRA. Its a lot of money, but I am invested in this option.
