NEWS LA Golf to Release Bryson Driver in 2025

Oh I doubt I could either - moreso just want to see what it is all about
I am quite intrigued. Me and hitting a ball straight isnt a thing, so....let's see what he can do!

Like any equipment I'm always intrigued to see what's coming, but not super pumped up about this

Is it bad that I have zero interest in this whatsoever?

I thought I noticed he had one of these in the pictures in the recent golf magazine. Did he use Krank or LA for the Open?

LA Golf is creeping up there with Ben Hogan as far as total number of resurrections.

I like that Bryson thinks outside the box with equipment and I've adopted some of the stuff he's made popular in my bag. Through a certain lens I can see how irons with bulge could be considered a "game changer" in the current tech landscape. But a driver that meets the game changer moniker feels like a whole different animal to accomplish.

I like the DJ series driver shaft so, set's see what you got L A Golf.

not a fan of the hyper hype.

I don’t have much faith in this considering how awful their putters were

Will be interesting to see what they come up with and release. The big OEMS invest a lot of R&D dollars and have some of the best talent in the world working on all this already, so a bit skeptical. Wonder if it’ll end up being super niche for a smaller subset of golfers or something like that.

Not only that but there are also design constraints imposed on them as well. The materials science is the true needle mover these days.

Is this what they were teasing in that pool floaty “ad?” Cuz if so, I don’t get it.

Agreed. Leads me to believe they’ll 1) maybe come up with something new and interesting perhaps, but it will be cost prohibitive, or 2) something that performs, but too niche and only for a handful of golfers.

Agree

What you don’t want to spend 1k for a putter that looked like a 3rd grader assembled it?

It’s artisanal 😂
It was a cool idea but just felt awful.

I was talking to a fitter at CC and he didn’t like them because it was hard to fit people into them because they can’t be bent

Only 71,286.73

PPPPPPPOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW!

Agreed, which is why it’s perfectly LA Golf, hahaha

Meh

But includes a DeChambeau autographed shaft and a .001% stake in the company
That’s how they get you. They’re going to give you the ownership stake then come asking for cash😂

I am soooo confused on what this brand is.. I will be curious about the driver because well, I kinda have to be. I know I 1. Won’t buy and 2. Can’t afford it.

Is Bryson putting this in play soon?
