In the last few days I've bought a Ogio backpack, a Travis Mathew hoodie (yesterday) and now a Travis Polo.... all because of these guys


and I keep thinking we haven't even gotten to the * redacted * clubs I will most certainly buy. This event is killing me....in the best possible way, but still.

Not intending to pile on since some have already mentioned some things but I'll give you #5 and maybe some of #6 and thats it.

1. New equipment fit to should make you better. Its not like you've never played golf before
2. Not everyone at Callaway has played at the Hideaway
3. Happens and is expected at literally every THP Event
4. I would think most have been playing golf all season and many have been on the team for quite some time.

I think it does take a little time to adjust to new clubs for a lot of us. I do think root cause analysis is tough and we blame the wrong thing.

Did I airmail the green because I am not used to the clubs? Or did I make the decision to chase a pin on the back edge of the green and finally found the center of the club face? Or is golf hard and I’m just bad at it?

For all of those following, we've heard about some long drives. How good the fairways have played. There have been long putts dropped. Some pictures of great approach shots. Lots of good feedback on the white box balls. So...

Which redacted clubs/equipment are you most excited to learn more about?

For me it's the fairways. So much noise about them in testing and during the first round has me really curious. It's also one of the few clubs I have that isn't Callaway, yet.
