I talked some to Gary last night, awesome guy.
When he found out that I was the AssCap, he said that he bets $100 on Team THP every year with Austin. And then asked, “How are we looking?”

as I sit here watching Team Our Time wake up and get the day started I think back to this time last year and how excited I was. The whole week is such an incredible experience. All the feels are hitting me today watching you guys get to go through this. The walk outside to a row of bags full of brand new clubs is even better than a kid on Christmas morning. Watching and joining everyone as you all take the plastic off of brand new stick is such a joy. That first roll into the Hideaway and you get your first glimpses of the course and just how beautiful everything is is such a memory. When you walk out of the clubhouse and onto that balcony and see it all for the first time is just breathtaking. Take a moment to soak it all in.

Enjoy your time with your teammates and everyone from Callaway. I"m a bit shy and reserved and my biggest regret is I didn't get to know the Callaway guys better during the week. Take every chance you get to do that. Talk with the members. Ask them for advice on the course...they know it like the back of their hands. Ask them for reads on the greens, they know every little nuance. Most of all cherish this time with your brothers and opponents and hosts. You will remember this forever.

Gary is the best just from what I saw last night. So fortunate to have him around with this team
 
I'm looking forward to seeing some pro-shop haul. What is going to be the biggest mover: hoodies, Yeti container, polos?
 
Can someone call in a fire drill to my office so I can follow here instead of going to this 2 hour meeting in 5 minutes

I'm on 18Birdies right now going through every hole and can just about remember every shot. Damn you guys are going to love this, getting chills writing this.

Anyone going to use a shot tracker for your clubs?

This morning has been my first real chance to try to catch up in here. I'm somewhere during the bus ride now and I realized something. MY face is hurting from smiling and I'm not even there. I'm sitting in my office on a cold Wednesday and yet I'm smiling so big it hurts as I watch these guys have the time of their lives "and then some" (@THE BOV) and realizing again how cool it is that we get to live vicariously through a group of our own. Daily I find myself saying "is this real life" due to all the miserable crap that seems to be going on in our world, but THP leaves me asking that very same question for all the GOOD reasons. This is real life! Go have a freaking day, men!! You've got this Team Our TIme!!
