Welcome THP to the 2025 edition of The Grandaddy. The ultimate amateur golf experience that rolls out the red carpet for ordinary #InternetGolfers. We saw the first stop in sunny Carlsbad, CA and a visit to Callaway HQ. The team led by @amarkabove were treated like royalty and got the inside scoop on what 2026 looks like for the Callaway product lineup. From the product presentations to the soft goods, the team got insider information that will be shared when the time comes. Loaded with swag they left Callaway HQ minds blown and full of anticipation.
The next day the Ely Callaway Performance Center (ECPC) was waiting. Fitting dreams would come true and a lot of the "New New" would be in the bags when it was all said and done. Fitted by Callaway’s best to dial in their golf equipment and set them up for success, #TeamOurTime walks away with confidence the equipment that made the final cut, will lead them to play the best golf possible.
The famous “Bus Ride” out to La Quinta did not disappoint. Everyone got a chance to mingle, talk about the day and of course the upcoming dinner with the legend that is Al and his band of Hideaway member misfits. Dinner at Al’s didn’t disappoint, and the speech was one for the books. We got an amazing cameo by the man himself @JasonFinleyCG . The entire Callaway and THP contingent were treated to amazing food and drinks and we continued to be amazed by the hospitality and generosity which do not go unnoticed or under appreciated. We are blessed for Al and all the hosts at The Hideaway that make this experience possible. Both teams were able to settle in, and let the nerves calm, even if just for one night.
Day 1 of golf is here. The majestic Hideaway is your backdrop, and the Clive is waiting to make heroes out of those who dare to be great. The pro shop and breakfast sliders are up first, but the golf is peaking around the corner ready to take center stage. Let’s not forget that all the fitted equipment was built and driven out to La Quinta.
Walking down those steps to the staging area you will see those clubs waiting for you. Buckle up for a wild day that will move fast and provide a lot of drama. Don't forget to visit the sportsbook. @jdtox and @JDax have set some betting odds that will help you earn more Albatross coins.

For me it’s number 8! Such a fantastic Par 3. The green look snap from the tee box, but it’s much larger than you think!
17 is the pick here. The sand frames the entire approach without taking it over.
You’ll see…
Oh it's a great combo, just a tough draw. I think their matches have the best chance to go all 18 and possibly draw.

I think that is 5 if I’m not mistaken.I don't remember which hold number it is, but it's a par 3 with water on the right and the mountains behind it. Was gorgeous. Maybe my memory is fogged by the fact that I made birdie on that hole
