Kinda like picking between which kid you like more. Depends on the day. Today I go Lo Mein, tomorrow maybe fried rice.

Generally speaking beef is very, very rarely done to an acceptable standard at most Chinese places. Shoe leather is not a good mouth texture. So I can see why that is the popular opinion but the prompt is for a well done dish and that makes all the difference.
