Sorry for delay

I think a lot of your swing flaws are generated by your setup. It's very cramped and really dictates your swing. It forces you to drag the ckub way inside and in to out on the down swing.

You also have a shut club face and I'd like to see that club stay square or slightly open. But the crux of your Issues are related to set up and alignment.

Seeing the lines really makes my alignment issues stand out and also how crowded I am. The hardest change for me will be the closed club face since I have always had one. I will get to work on some takeaway drills and blow the dust off the alignment sticks in the closet to get that straighten out.

Thanks again for for the advice! I will post a video soon with progress if all goes well

I have been working on alight meant drills and trying to get the swing plane to not come inside as much. I check this swing in Ubersense and it seems it's still a bit under plane but better than before. Thoughts?

Freddie, it looks like the practice is really paying off as this swing is looking on plane most of the way back. What's your though?
