Looking to play with THPers while in Raleigh/Pinehurst

If we only have 8, he can have my spot. I've been blessed to have played Pinehurst many times.
Nah man it's not that serious. He was just wondering. I can take him another time for sure. Plus you're 1 of the people he wants to meet 🤣

Just looked to see where we were on this one and @SVonhof came through big time getting the group on #8.

Am I still on the list?

@K.P. are you spending the night in Pinehurst or just going to make it a long day?

I’ve got a room in Pinehurst Saturday night. I’ll wake up early Sunday and drive to Roanoke.

I thought so, but I’ve been crazy busy with work and just got the calendar reminder.

Very much, looking forward to this next week
I know what you mean. When I found out I was going to be driving through, I couldn’t help but think about how much fun it was last year. Would like to do it again next year and make it an annual thing. So many bucket list courses in that area and so many great THPers willing to meet up.

Long range forecast shows 83 degrees and a chance of thunderstorms. We will see!

Still deciding between driving up Saturday or staying in Pinehurst

Can't wait for this! Just got to get through the work week!

Same! Busiest week we have ever had. @Nick Kane and I are getting absolutely destroyed 😐
Have faith! But yeah, my game hasn’t traveled well lately, so we’ll see how that and my improving handicap intersects.

Pinehurst and Ballyhack will be a pretty sweet reward for making it through!

The weather forecast is looking better as we get through the week! Chance of rain is going down and it looks to be a really nice day!

Do we want to figure out dinner plans now? I can call and see how late the restaurant will be open at 8 or we can head over to the Duece at the main club or attempt to get reservations at Pinehurst Brewing.

I can look into it all tomorrow, but it would be good to have a pulse on the crowd.

I'm down for dinner since I'll be staying in town Saturday night. What's everyone else thinking?

Dinner like last time would be fun but @Jeff Spicoli and I will have to head back after the round.

I really need to figure out where I'm staying either Pinehurst or Roanoke.

I could do dinner then head home

I’m up for dinner.

Still debating driving home Saturday night or spending the night some where.

Heard good things about Pinehurst Brewing.

Btw, I'm looking at the course now on the Pinehurst site and it looks narrower than Harbour Town! I might be playing a mini driver exclusively!

Don’t think I’ve played a Fazio course. I tend to think curse you Donald Ross and your inverted saucer greens when I play Pinehurst/Southern Pines area courses

Pinehurst Brewing is good. The Deuce overlooks 18 on #2.

Yah, it's funny. @will and I asked "did it stay up?" on nearly every hole at Southern Pines because of the false fronts. Donald Ross greens, man. They're tough.
