I've been looking for a way to get my hands on a loft/lie machine for the small amount of club tinkering i do for myself/friends/a few customers who don't trust the big box stores. I would of course love to have a newer mitchell machine or a true blue etc, but i just can't justify the cost, especially that I play pings now which arent' really bent "conventionally".
I came across this machine in a local ad, of course it looks pretty dang old, but the price seems to be pretty decent right at $150CAD (maybe a little negotiation room). Does anyone know anything about this machine, its usefulness, and what it can achieve and where it lacks? It looks to have a separate loft/lie gauge with manual protractors and bending clamp, but other than that, i'm not entirely sure if i should just steer away or jump on it for my "shop"....
