im a bit confused..

i got fitted for my driver and the fubuki shaft and was told to put the same in my 3 wood, but im really struggling to hit my 3 wood at all even though my driver is great.

the shaft just doesnt seem to react the same way as in the driver and i cant really tell where the club head is during the swing.

so my question is, is it right to match your shafts in your woods?
have you matched your shafts and does it work for you? or do you have a combination of shafts.

TIA

It's probably due to tipping. I've found certain shafts react quite differently between driver and 3w. I prefer a stout shaft for my driver but I use a tree limb for my 3w. I like having that control.

My driver and 3 wood have the same shaft. Not sure how important it is as I see them as two completely different clubs.

I have never had matching shafts, you typically swing much faster with a driver and do not hit off the ground as you would a 3 wood. They are usually the same flex but have different weights, kick points, etc
