Old tip, but thought I'd share....I've always had issues with completing my follow through. Bought a 10 lb. medicine ball and it it is helping.
Pause at top of backswing and let the ball naturally guide most of your swing/follow through.
My warmup routine is he;lping this year, as I'm not one for exercise:banghead:

I stretch really well for a good 10 minutes.
use the medicine ball for maybe 5 minutes
off to the course or range!

Makes sense. A medicine ball will be good for building your core muscles, which is good for your golf swing.

And they're relatively inexpensive. I take a really slow swing with mine when working with it to target the core and build muscle memory
