Mizuno’s iron story has always been rooted in feel. For decades, the brand has built its reputation on Grain Flow Forging, precise shaping, and an almost stubborn dedication to feedback. But modern golfers are asking for more than just purity at impact. They want speed, forgiveness, and consistency in a pleasing looking shape, all without giving up […]

New product articles make me feel alive. These look great!! Not in the market for new irons anytime soon but I think these will appeal to a lot of folks

Some equipment just stands out in pictures. This is one of them

Beautiful line, great writeup and im going back through it to get more info. Just got stopped by this picture lol

Love the stronger lofts on the M-15s and based on what is written, I am going to have a set of these.

Great article @Hawk ! I certainly do not need new irons but man oh man these look so good!! M-15 is calling me

The "M" stands for modern!!!!! I'm so excited to read that. While I loved their take on the S offerings, this is more up my alley and I am thrilled they are creating a subtle segmentation of this style of iron.

They did a phenomenal job on this set. It looks so clean and there's something for everyone in here

Progressive forged construction for the subtle combo rather than having to swap out head styles from other lines. Incredible.

Chromoly making its presence known. Incredible.

"Classic Mizuno shaping" gets my mind going in the right direction.

So are these effectively replacing the 243/245 in the lineup?

I have a 7 iron and PW in hand of both of these and both my son and I have spent time with them. Really nice irons. The M13 is very compact. Razor thin top line for a "forgiving" option if that's your thing.

I'll say that they both provide forgivingness, but still are going to be best in the hands of a reasonably proficient player. You can definitely see more forgiveness in the 15's.

Would Srixon ZXi 7 and 5 be the comparisons to these?

We constantly talk on here about getting a specific 'feel' going and how some companies just tend to present in their own world.

Things like the copper underlay and HIT really give Mizuno that particular feedback to the ears and hands when you run it alongside GF and Chromoly. It's understandable that they would be on their own island for contact presentation.

Damn just Damn Mizuno just can't be beat at making a damn fine looking iron

I'll admit, I got a little overly excited for a January Monday when I read that the Fli-Hi has a 16.5 degree option.

Beautiful irons and great write sup @Hawk!

These look incredible. And loads of tech. That copper underlay and micro speed slot are both very interesting.

And the Fli- Hi goes to a 2 iron at 16.5°. Someone tell @Canadan.

Edit: he knows

Its hard to put these into parallels, as I believe those would be closer to the JPX line personally.

"protect ball speed across the face" is SUCH a cool way of looking at ball speed retention on less than stellar contact.

I have a feeling the M-15 is going to get a lot of folks talking in the hitting bays. Their progression on the hollow body iron has been so good.

Great article @Hawk and great pictures @JB

I want to see you hit this real bad

Thank you @Hawk for all the details. Mizuno makes some of the best looking irons on the market. I love to see them throw some technological advances into these irons. They are out of my comfort zone for an iron, but will make plenty of people happy

Yes!

Been waiting for these as it has been several weeks since the previous Pro lineup was discontinued for custom orders. Excited to get these in my bay to test out and fit for!

The aesthetics on these look really nice, and if they deliver on the feel aspect seem pretty great
