But with regards to energy drinks, look on the label on the back for Vitamin B12. If it reads "cyanocobalamin" you're drinking the synthetic form of vitamin B12 made in a lab, and it's made with cyanide. Yes, the same cyanide used in chemical weapons. The US uses "single dose toxicity" metrics to determine if things are safe for the shelves, and since the amount of cyanide is very low, it's considered safe.

In my humble opinion, drinking a little cyanide each day over time is probably not a good idea. So if you're going to have an energy drink, go for Bang or Ghost which use methylcobalamin, a naturally occurring cyanide-free form of B12. (And if you've never had the Orange Cream Ghost....freakin' delicious.)

Again, I'm no scientist or expert...podcast knowledge (Gary Brecka), but I did look into it and it's all true.

Hydrogen cyanide has been shown to have some health benefits. There's a lot of enzymes and fluids in our body that can kill you in excess. I don't think anyone here is drinking energy drinks with the notion that they're good for you.

I beg to differ. I could drink the Iced Tea + Lemonade every day.

Strawberry and Peach are fantastic, but not everyday

I can tolerate the iced tea + lemonade, but I prefer carbonation. My favorite rehab was the strawberry lemonade but they discontinued that one for some reason. I haven't tried peach because I don't like peaches, but strawberry is solid.

I liked it a lot, but it is a flavor I would get once in a while. Similar to the Rockstar fruit punch I liked it but it was not small the time flavor
 
This morning called for some Peachy Keen after shoveling and the interesting drive into the office.

I just wish Monster would lean more heavily into their flavors. I get a hint of fruit punch but it's more of a chemical taste. The same goes for most of the zero sugar flavors. Strawberry is one I really wish they made a little stronger strawberry flavor as well. White is still the GOAT but when it comes to the fun flavors I find myself looking at other brands like C4. When they say it tastes like a jolly rancher, you can immediately tell what they're going for. I don't always get that with Monster.

Agreed my son brought me home one, can’t remember the brand, that was gummy bear flavored and it was solid.

Sunrise is on the horizon for me in about 10 min for the drive to the sim
