Nice work - I'm definitely jealous.

Those are the types of jobs where I have grand plans to do a lot of the work myself, and then about halfway through, I realize I've eaten into savings in ibuprofen costs, and start thinking whether it would have just been worth the extra cash and getting to sit inside in the A/C and wait for the project to be finished.
