Has anyone used and had success creating their own fitness routine through the My TPI website? There seem to be a plethora of information on that site as related to fitness, and am curious just how legitimate it is.
 
No but I'm following along for feedback. First I am seeing TPI and liking what I see.

My instructor performed a TPI assessment and gave me a specific workout routine catered to my deficiencies. I cross-referenced it with the TPI website and all of the exercises in my routine were in there -- along with dozens and dozens of others.

I think there would absolutely be value in creating your own routine, as my workouts have helped my balance and flexibility -- it's just a matter of how specific you want to get with it.
