Need help with re-shaft

So I originally got these club heads and they had this shaft in them. I just put it in one and while it fits snugly at the tip but it wobbles a little on the sides farther up. They heads are .355 as are the shafts. I am wondering if they might have been drilled out a little? (It looks like a quarter of an inch from the opening is wider) Is that gap on the sides an issue? I tried a .370 shaft and it didn't go in more than a cm. I was looking to put .355 shafts back into them.

What heads are they? Some heads have ferrules that fit down into there.

Now I feel like a moron...Razr X Forged...and yes they do have collared ferrules.

I have shafted heads with hosels like that. Collared ferrules will take up some out that space it the top of the hosel.

No problem, I've used non collared ferrules and it seemed to work fine with Callaway irons.
