Does anyone know if there any statewide restrictions for riding 2 to a cart? Wife and I are planning a trip to the Las Vegas area in the fall and if we can't ride2 to a cart, we may go somewhere else.

Thanks.

Can't comment on Nevada specifically but most places I am aware will let 2 ride to cart if from the same household

I don't know Nevada, but here in California I believe if you live in the same household you can share a cart. but that may differ by county.

Maybe call the course you intend to play and ask?

Boulder City NV courses are still against two riders to a cart. The exception being a junior golfer with out a driver's license can ride with an adult. Preferably a parent.

I tried the other day for them to allow my non golfing wife to ride along with me. They wanted a second cart fee at first, but being locals, we got our way. She had to drive though. I convinced them that since I was sleeping with her, I should be able to ride with her. Still had to pay a "rider fee" for "insurance purposes" the guy said.

I heard on the news this morning that Nevada is now ranked #1 in the nation in new C-19 infections. There is also some talk the governor may roll back protocols to phase one, which might close golf courses again. He already delayed the phase 3 openings.

Also, if casino gambling is to be part of your Vegas visit, a local union is suing some casino/hotels for non compliance on C-19 protocols, which puts the employees they represent in unsafe C-19 health conditions. Read that a week or so ago.

Rules just changed again. A couple of courses I play in Las Vegas have sent me emails saying 1 to a cart and masks in the clubhouse.
