NorCal Crew hangout thread

Would love to get out and play with you guys again.

There are quite a few courses I would like to play up in the Bay Area and have no trouble making the drive.

Headed to the range this morning for the first time in a few years, lol. Should be interesting!

I still got it, lol. For an okay golfer

Anyone want to play golf this weekend in the Bay Area or east bay? Looking to play Saturday or Sunday am

I'll take a raincheck. Been sick all week. Would love to get something going in the next few weeks.

Can’t get out this weekend. I played my first round in over 4 years yesterday, fun but ugly, lol

Just introducing myself here. Early 30s, grew up in the Bay Area and lived in North Lake Tahoe for a few years after college before moving back to the Bay for work.

Generally play in the Bay Area with my group of friends, but head up to Sacramento occasionally to play with an old roommate. I don't mind driving a bit, especially when it's to try new courses (where friends aren't willing to make a trek) or meeting new people.

Is anyone around the Novato area this Sunday? I have a tee time for 7:50am at Stonetree golf club

@Stemmy66 Tahoe? lol the course is near San Rafael

@Stemmy66 Ahhhhh gotcha haha...I hope you're playing Edgewood, or Old Greenwood....or Grays Crossing lol

I have a mini golf trip coming up with a buddy. We are playing Yoche Dehe and then Presidio in SF the following day. I seem to remember Yoche Dehe being mentioned and being fairly well regarded by the folk here. Any hints or tips? Is it walkable? Same with Presidio.

Yocha I do not believe is walkable for most of us, but you could give it a go this time of year. It is a true resort course (next to a casino) so I would not recommend it.

Presidio is walkable, but it is not an easy walk. It is in the heart of the City and while it is not long, lots of hills.

No real tips for either, both have kicked my butt every time I have played them.

@Mark_UK Play well! Yocha is always a fun test and in pure shape right now.
