That picture makes me want to play Half Moon Bay! Very playable and scenic.

Love that course. The old course is fun too..
 
I haven't played HMB Old Course yet...I just can't resist the Ocean Course. I love links courses, and enjoy everything about this one. I think I've played it five times now.
 
Ocean course is next on my list. Old Course has beaten the crap out of me the last 2 times I've played it so I need some revenge there.

Yeah that’s why I was second guessing myself. It looks like Wente first glance. Need to play hooky from work and play Wente soon.

Maybe get out there with ya if I can ever get time!! Grab @mancest and drag him out of Oakland for a day. I like Wente too except when its windy on hill.

Its settled. Yocha it is. I have only played there once and I remember it was raining on the front. Cool as heck club house and driveway

When you finally get down and play it you will see why we thought it could be Wente. Having just played Yocha for the first time in September I’m seeing what threw me off though

I can't wait for them to finish Poppy Ridge. Thats only 45 minutes from my house in the central valley.

I am no longer in CA, but we LOVED playing Yocha! I had a few days where we went around it 2x as well. Dad didn't raise the camera up to get the fairway for my swing:

As for Poppy Ridge, I work for LLNL (full remote now) and played it ALL the time during summer:
