Hmm not sure. None that come to the top of my head

Taylor Made and Ping. I have never gotten along with their clubs.

Basically DTC is out for me. Of the big OEMS I don't like TM drivers and didn't get along great with their irons last go around. It's a real shame as I still have 60% off

Hmm can't say any brand would be a hard pass. I'm sure there's something to pass on from each OEM, equally.

I will try a lot of stuff. There are brands it may take a little more activation energy.

With all of the new club and gear announcements happening, even if others really love the products, what is the brand that when news pops up, it's a hard pass.
Nothing is a hard hard pass, but the bridge is almost too far for Ping & TaylorMade.

For some reason I never really gravitate towards Taylormade. I have tested some of their stuff but usually like other manufacturers better 🤷‍♂️

I'm not sure that there's a hard pass for me with anything other than PXG. There's just something about them that makes me visualize a man in his 50s wearing blue jeans with studs in them.

PING isn't out of the question (at the top of the bag) but they would have to come up with something spectacular to pique my interest.

Used to play Taylormade clubs for a number of years but had a few bad experiences with them and it left a bad taste in my mouth so I tend to follow what they are doing but am very unlikely to purchase from them.

PXG.

Diferent things for Different OEMs. I always did well with TM Drivers, but i don't care for the irons. LOVE Titleist Irons but i have never gamed a Titleist Driver. so for me, it depends

Wild to see so many Ping answers (pun) in here.

It's really is different strokes for different folks. Even though I don't have any Ping in the bag right now, they have always just flat out worked for me.

There isn't a single OEM that I would be a hard pass on. I think probably the only company (club wise) that I am just a nope immediately on is Vice.

Yes, it is. Brand-agnostic fitters say this is one of their top-fitted brands, especially at the top of the bag (for drivers, fairways, and hybrids).

From a philosophical and marketing standpoint: TaylorMade.

From a performance perspective: Ping. I had two iron fittings in the past (before ecpc) and never got along with Ping irons even with lies adjusted etc. I also happened to break a shaft during a Ping G400 driver fitting (toe strike not sure what the heck happened). I also won a Ping adjustable putter and it rattled and never felt dtable. So for me, I take a pass on Ping.

I don't know if there is a brand, but there are historically, some clubs that don't work. TM woods, Callaway irons, Titleist putters have been non-starters for me.

Eh, I knew it would be one of the top answers as soon as I saw the title.

For me its PXG. I don't like the look of their clubs or their old in your face style.

Anything else I'll at least try if its easily available.

Well sad to say Wilson, Takomo, Tommy Armour, and PXG are a few that I will pass on

TaylorMade, they just do absolutely nothing for me.

Callaway irons.

Taylormade irons and less so driver. Every time I give them a chance, even after a fitting, they always seem to fall short on the course for me.
