Odyssey S2S Tri-Hot Putters

The lack of a press is huge--absolute game changer IMO.
Agreed. It was one of the reasons I never pulled the trigger on the last S2S like. I don’t even feel awkward if that makes sense. And the alignment aid is the chefs kiss. Frames the ball so well.

Rolled the Rossie on We-Ko-Pa yesterday, it was a so so day given the greens were actually pretty slow, slower than at home for sure.

Today is Troon North, Pinnacle course, and it’ll be the Jailbird, hopefully on faster greens.

The alignment aid is brilliant. It’ll work well for left and right eye dominant people

@JW Smoove how do you post that you received it and don't post any pictures...cmon man!

One of the biggest things for me yesterday, even on slow greens, remains the comfort at setup. The lack of press is big, yes, but more importantly is that there is so much comfort with the look overall, and I think that will bleed over to users of all types and preferences. The amount of onset is minimal, so the look balances well.

A lot of posts where people were turned off by sound/feel in store. When I hit these, I did not detect the differences, but watching the videos - I do, I was stunned by the difference. Of course, I am deaf as hell - so there's that. These are for sound only, don’t judge me.

Very quick edits to make them fit.

Agreed. I was a little nervous as this was my first full entrance into the zero torque and the fact that my Ai-One JB Cruiser was so comfortable for me and a great putter but I instantly felt comfortable with this putter. The colors are very pleasing to the eye when looking down.

Rookie move. 🙃🤣
ON THE WAY - I am working off the camera and the MacBook and editing down to fit (video for sound of the club).

I think maybe, this is the most well thought out putter, from color of the heads, to the shaft, graphics on shaft, and grip (and again graphics) that I have ever used from Callaway - it all flows very well together. The colors work and look great, easy to look at.

They really did a great job of it, and I am honestly pretty amazed at how much better it looks 'live' versus photos. It looks great on the computer, but in hand - wow, that much better.

I have the longer full videos if some can tell me how the condense them to fit, the balls used are all randoms that I keep one or more of or scuffed whatever that I just use for putting.

I had the previous version that required the forward press. It wasn’t a good fit long term for me.

Agreed. Everytime I see that red or a different angle of these putters just makes me that much more excited to get my hands on them.

I have shied away from ZT but I think the no forward press may be my key.

I realize I've been making an assumption that I've never directly asked. Does your putting stroke include a little bit of forward press on its own? This has been my biggest issue with the ZT I've rolled in stores in that they incorporate their own forward press and then my own forward press gets in the way. Is that similar to your experience and therefore this design not ending it means if one's stroke includes it it should work?

It was one of the many reasons I never purchased. I wanted a Max but it just felt awkward.

I was thinking Jailbird but the more I see the Rossie the more I lean that way

It's funny how popular it seems to be when I would venture to guess it didn't sell a ton as the Ai One.

Its always been "kinda odd" to me but this color scheme makes it look great
