First round of my Hawaii trip was Friday. Played ok but could not figure out the greens. Did finally get a birdie on a short par 4.

Made a 35ft putt next hole for birdie and win the hole.

Drove to the coast today and played Salishan south if Lincon City. Just couldn't quite figure out the greens. Left plenty short or just missing the cup.

Lipped out an eagle putt on #8, but it's pretty hard to complain about a tap-in birdie, I guess.
 
Second half of August was very frustrating for birdie conversions. 4 rounds, more chances than usual, but only holed 1 out of 37 opportunities.
End of August Update:
62 rounds / 57 birdies / 0 eagles
Distribution to date: 22 birds on P3s, 19 on P4s, and 16 on P5s.

Just passed the 50 round mark at 51.5 rounds. Added 3 more birdies today including 2 chip ins.

Oh geez. Very Concervately... 54 holes a week. 20 weeks..avg 2 birds a round thats over 100. And only 3 eagles. Getting old sux. I cant overpower a course aby more. Over 513 i am probably not getting home in 2 unless its down hill or down wind. Preferrably both!! That count is actually unbrealistically conservative. we play skins and match. I am aggressive as hell, birdies and big numbers. I had 9 holes recently with 6 birds and still didn't break par. But I won the loot!
