He has caused me significant anxiety. I think it’s only fair we let him sweat it out and forfeit tens of millions of dollars. #SOFTI am completely FED UP with the Ben Simmons drama!

I could play. When you have the afternoon open after 3:30pm today & not a single soul can golf...do I go out as a single?
You could not let your child see the wrapper and give them the cheese stick that way. A little sleight of hand... or. You're tall. Child is not. Keep snacks above eye level. Child will never know.My kid had two choices;
1- Eat the cheese stick and be happy
2-Get put on the roofGet nothing.
He never challenged, fortunately.
Your up in the wrong state though.I could play.

X-rays negative, which is awesome! But wrist still hurts. No time to golf until Sunday at the earliest anyway, but I have a pending referral with ortho. Hoping the pain clears up before their schedule does…
I am with my son everyday from the time he wakes up to 4pm in the evening. I feed him, change his diapers, we play together. And, he said his first word today! And, what word was that…MAMA!
Welcome to old age? Maybe? That started happening to me in my late 40s. Now, a little low dose THC/CBD edible helps me sleep like a baby.I don't know what it is about this time of year, but I'm really starting to get tired (no pun intended) of not being able to sleep past 3 AM.
My thoughts and well wishes go out to you and your family. Watching my grandmother (who practically raised me) go through the stages of dementia was something I never want to experience again. It was heartbreakingOn one hand, watching loved ones decline in health in their later years is so hard which is a current problem. On the other hand, cancer taking my mom at an early age sucked worse (past problem). Life is hard.
There are no words my guy. No words. On one hand, watching loved ones decline in health in their later years is so hard which is a current problem. On the other hand, cancer taking my mom at an early age sucked worse (past problem). Life is hard.
People that pass me on the highway, only to slow down when they get back in front of me, so that I have to now pass them. Scum Of The Earth! When I hit the highway, I use cruise control, so there is no reason for this to ever happen. I only wish that I could somehow weaponize and EMP into a hand held device and kill their cars. That would be the justice these menaces deserve.
I have a couple of theories - the first is the change in available daylight this time of year. The second, and more likely, is the consumption of alcohol after work. My trainer has told me that the body "dumps" excess toxins it can't process into the bloodstream around 3:00. The other night I didn't have anything to drink after work and slept to 5:30. I may have to try the CBD sometime as I've heard from many that it helps.Welcome to old age? Maybe? That started happening to me in my late 40s. Oh, and when it was all done my boss came to me and looked me in the eye to say "you know, it's really a bad time for you to be taking vacation now". My response: "when is a good time?"
Yeah, I feel that with the time off. There never is a 'good' time.Yesterday was a complete waste of time and money, but I just do what I'm told/asked to do.
An exhaust fan we supplied for an underground parking garage stopped working. Can you go change the motor? Pick up a $650 motor, drive an hour to site, spend an hour swapping out the motor. Once everything is back together, throw the switch aaaaannnnnnnnddddddddddd nothing. Took the "defective" motor back to the office, wired it up temporarily and........ it runs like a top.
This is one of my biggest peeves with our business today - our customers no longer take any responsibility for solving problems because they know if they call we'll do it for them. And partially that's our fault, trying to provide top notch service to set ourselves above the rest.

I tried that! My daughter was like, “Let me see the wrapper!”
My menaces always seem to be lone women who will pull up right behind me and tailgate no more than 2 car lengths back. I click off the cruise and slow down gradually to see if they'll get the hint. I had one woman stay behind me down to 45 mph! I kept staring at her in the rear view mirrow, and she finally got wise and passed me.
It's like they want an escort or something. I hate being tailgated!
Good for you!
IMO, he should be forced to turn in his boss card. No truly good manager would say something like that, even in jest. There was a time at my current employer when HR would go off (professionally, of course) when somebody either boasted or griped about not taking all of his/her vacation. The party line was that time away form work was essential to recharging and maintaining performance over the long haul. The CEO responsible for the worst morale I have seen in aa company held weekly all hands meeting, and as every holiday approached, he would say something like "Thursday is Christmas Day. But remember, holidays are optional here."
