Why doe Mitsubishi list the taper tip as a low-mid launch, mid spin and the parallel as mid launch/spin?
Other than the taper's being constatnt weight, I see them as being slightly lower torque as well.
I was fit recently into the MMT 80 regular flex parallel (ZX5 MKII, 6-gw) , but concerned with weight in the shorter irons as I would lose 6-8g of shaft weight down in the pw/gw.
Maybe I'm overthinking it, but would soft stepping the taper tips 2x bring the flight up a little?
I tried the Recoil Dart 65, granted a much lighter shaft to start, and the short irons were hard to get a feel for.
Anyone playing the MMT 80 parallel?
My over active brain appreciates any input here :)
