Didn’t have $600 fairway in the release cycle this year. Interested in hearing more on the titanium they used.

The fairways will be on my list to try this year. I'll hit the driver too, but the G430 didn't do much for me. The bottom of the club looks good. I like the design. The top of the driver, less so. lol

Its very cool to see them add that head, because they are right, there are more and more extremely athletic people coming to golf who have no issues with launch or speed, but need that directional help while they learn. Too often the draw segment is only higher lofted heads.That blurb about the SFT felt very targeted to me
Also these are eye watering price ms across the board. Makes the other offerings this release cycle seem like bargains
glad to see them going to a deeper face on the fairways. their fairways have been very easy to hit for me albeit slower and spinnier than most, but the shallow face kind of sacrificed playability as a second tee option. sure the pricing is silly, but i'm getting old enough that i hate it across the board among almost all manufacturers.

You'll hear that it is, indeed, titanium. A lighter yet stronger version capable of being taken thinner than ever before is the usual story when it comes to a new titanium application in golf.

Agreed, was excited to see a little depth added.
Interesting to see the longer length. Mizuno ST Max is also longer (45.75"). With the added forgiveness in these heads, the longer shafts should add some speed without too much added dispersion. I like to see that.
That's precisely why I gamed a B21 instead of a Ping a couple years ago. The Ping actually helped me straighten it out more, but the spin was 3500+ with the 10.5 head.
I will also be interested how that with the lighter and longer combo plays out

Love looking at Ping Drivers, Woods and Hybrids. If I was in the market, I'd definitely look into a purchase for the new 440 line. But this line looks solid for sure.

Someone had to do it. Titleist went $650 on its GT drivers, maybe Ping drew the short straw on being the one.

Love it. All of it. G400 was one of my all time favorites and the G430 LST was awesome. There are so many interesting drivers available and these may be top of my wish list for this 2025.
