So I got a little box in the mail today, from Acushnet, thought it was maybe some Titleist test balls. Open it up to find a sleeve of Pinnacles?!?!?! Turns out its part of some loyalty program I guess but looks like a new ball in the low compression range/DUO type. I will have to get a pic later on, but seem to be very similar to the DUO from some carpet putting and dropping them to the ground to see the bounce difference. It was near identical. I am guessing these are a new ball, as I know nothing about Pinnacle besides the fact that every other ball of theirs I have tried feels like hitting a frozen granite ball, but not this time. May try and put one in play at the end of the week. I have always liked the DUO so this should be interesting. Anyone else know anything on these?
