Announced at power hour show tonight Pins and Aces not owns sweet rolls grips (could mean some new custom grip options for edel clubs too)

Pins and aces has to be a money laundering operation, right?

People say the money in golf is in clothing. There shirts are nice especially if you like loud like I do.

The Edel purchases sounded like a
Motivated seller that they were connected to or had a relationship with kind of situation (Edel was out of Denver area as well) plus I think the family has money from other business ventures from what I have heard during live events and things they do it’s a large family owned group

Pins and Aces buying a grip company that spells their name with a Z seems very on brand for them.

Yep also a loud design company could work well together there is already overlap with things like hats and head covers too

And most importantly, all of it seems to be applying a design to a catalog blank.

Hmm. Weird.

It reads like a company run by a kid with daddy's check book. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Hahaha my 1st thought was “who in the world is backing Pins and Aces because that guy is loaded”

The owners previously owned a car detailing product company called Adams. They made a ton when they sold that. The family also has a VC

I hope they don't f**k them up because they have my favourite putter grip.

They are not my favorite but I have two of them on putters in the rotation and enjoy them

I could see this merger being a little more aggressive then the one with Edel. They were never going to be able to really change Edel in terms of the function of the clubs as none of the Pin's and Aces folks were engineers they are business and marketing.

I know not all of us think they have the most original model or products but they do do the little things, I have a lot of there shirts (they fit me well and are a good combo of stretch and breathable tat I like and honestly they are fun) as well as headcovers and ball markers so I am a bit biased. The one thing I can say is they care about there customers they do fun event things to stay engaged with the people who buy there stuff and most importantly when there is an issue they fix it and have good customer service.

With the Sweet Rollz folding in I could see them taking more control since they are already doing stuff like the appeal and have existing design themes they could incorporate into new putter grips

I love the Los Muertos I have on my Spider Tour. They need to make an offset grip for my Spider ZT.
