A year later, and Great Grandma finally meets her Great Grand Daughter on her first birthday!
Broken Bow OK. Nice 3 mile hike. Wish I took my bathing suit! Water felt great.
Broken Bow OK…..been great. Temps have been low to mid 80’s w/ low humidity…..a real gift in July.
Nice!!! We're having TX weather on the tundra. 95*, dry, windy, and sunny through tomorrow. Cooler days are on the horizon.
Yea not wanting to go back yet…..4 mile hike tomorrow and our last night. Preparing for a night filled w/ fireworks from surrounding cabins now.

When you said Lindeman Lake and frigid, I thought you were up in my neck of the woods! Turns out there are two Lindeman Lakes in BC - One in lower mainland, and the other way up north closer to me.
The northern variety is on the Chilkoot Trail, which is why it sounded familiar to me. Absolutely worth a look if you make it up this way!
The view of the 9th hole at Cobble Beach from our rental cottage
and the sunrise from the same location. Small complaint, but they missed a golden opportunity by not putting the parking in back of the cottages.....
Need to make this a regular activity.
