She has one those air fry gizmos. She slices the potatoes a little thicker for dip use. Usually a home made sour cream mix of some sort. No cooking oil involved, and we aren't buying bags of air. She can peel/slice/season, and cook up 6 large (baking) potatoes in about 45 minutes. About the same amount that's in a $4-$5 bag of chips.
