My hope is they're breaking up a few of the current tag teams. Kabuki Warriors, Carlexa, and maybe even Judgement Day could all go singles based on Rumble.
 
Was he out injured or just getting the neck piece filled in?

True but then you have a lot of women for 4 belts. I know. It everyone needs to be on a championship trajectory, but the bigger names will want the belt at some point
