I remember when you were talking to Don and he hinted at this, I got pretty excited. I played one too in my 915 and loved it, I had print best dispersion with that shaft ever. But a different shaft had faster ball speeds and I moved on. Can't wait to give it try and hopefully it maybe makes a way back into the bag.

Very cool to see this one evolving and coming back. Gamed a couple different HZRDUS shafts in driver and FWs a while back and the yellow was the one I generally liked and got along with the most. Knew absolutely nothing about it at the time and just used it, but in hindsight makes sense why I liked it with the profile.

It's so funny man, I argued this being the greatest shaft for forever.

Oh, I remember. I like the updates with some materials. When you find something that works for your swing, it’s such a good thing for your confidence and comfort.
Great write up @Canadan only fitting you were given the honour. I have played the Black, Smoke & Blue but was never able to get into an OG Yellow despite looking for a long time on the used market. Hope this time around I can hopefully at least test one out. Really like to see legends updated to current tech.

Im holding out for yellow.
But I dont hate the black with the yellow currently. I played the original for about a year.
I had one of each way back when, so I'd say it would be whatever is available when pulling the trigger.
Play the black while you wait for a yellow version?

He claims to have a 180+ ball speed but suspiciously had to have knee surgery right before he started so who knows....
