I really like my Soundchuck. I won one at a golf tournament and when I got it home it wouldn't take a charge. I called Cobra/Puma and told them that I didn't buy it but won it. He said it was an older model that's probably been sitting around. He said no problem and shipped me a brand new model at no charge.
That's baller customer service right there. And that's not the reason why I like it, its actually a great little speaker. I use it often.
