Realy didn't like this Maltby grip, though it felt OK it looked horrible.

It was 35" and I found out it was 32" with a 3" extension.

Basic (horrible) cover.

After...

Just cleaned it up with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and paint thinner, took out the extension so it is 32" (very good chance I'll replace the shaft anyway though the 32" is working OK), replaced the grip (air compressors are awesome now that I have the hang of putting grips on with them and not just taking them off), and gave it a new cover (just some ol' thing laying around).

I like this next picture but I think I need to load photo shop and clean it up since I couldn't use the flash (I need a better camera)

Great feeling putter (though I think my Mizuno TP Mills #9 has it easily beat) and may end up my gamer (it's a tough choice between the Rife, Mizuno and now the Hogan).

Thank you for showing us a lot of variety of the equipment that is used to play gold stuff. Sounded real interested. And we are looking for more to come soon. Would it?

Nice, what shaft are you going to put in it?

Mind clarifying, and the putter looks amazing. I especially like the grip, even though it is just white.

Could be, except hurting my brain on a Monday (especially after DST) should be a crime. :D :D :D

Thank you. The white grip works nice with the THP cover. Unfortunately the white cover doesn't go to well with the rest of my bag.

huh?

I have grown very fond of the True Temper fluted stepless shafts. They give some nice feedback I think. Not too sure if I'll change it out now though as I am liking how the Hogan is feeling.

And I second that huh?

Nice work on this one C! I'm curious if the stroke feels any different now that it's 3" shorter?

Thank you.

I don't know if you mean the putter feeling different or the stroke itself, so I'll answer both.
I usually game a 33" or 33.5" putter and probably grip down to almost 32" any way so the stroke feels the same to me, a little different without the extra grip above my hands.
I can't really say if the putter feels different. I only remember rolling a few balls with it when it showed up and then it was down to the shop.

That help?

White grip is very classy, I love the look of it!

Have you gamed it on the course yet?

Thank you.

I have not gamed it yet. I went to the course today and was thinking about playing but wanted to see how I did on the range with the compression board. It ended up that it didn't matter if I was hitting it good or not as the course was closed, range was open, but the course has some flooding going on right now. It looks like the higher elevations around the course are finally melting off. I don't know when the course will be open again, it might not be for another week and that will depend on the rain. I did take it out on the putting green for a little while and I think it is going to be a good gamer for me.
