We did our last night’s dinner upstairs at the 18 restaurant at the Rusacks hotel. Just an epic way to send off the trip. Food was pricey but real good.

They have so many good flavors must go multiple days
Oh I did, like every night I walked around St. Andrews that was my last stop. Generally finished the cone by the time I got to the Grey Friar Inn. LOL The line was always pretty much to the door or out the door. Fantastic stuff
 
My three traveling companions are all Scotch Whiskey drinkers. I am big into homebrewing beer. I'll be on the hunt for the best 90 shilling and wee heavy I can find. Point me in the direction if you can ...

Kingsbarns has its own distillery. They do tours, fun experience and souvenir type bottle but others available will most likely exhibit more excitement.1000000644.jpg

Not so much on st. Andrews ...

St. Andrews has a brewery which was meh other than some love music. Lots of tap though through the town

Brewdog is there, but we have one in Cleveland and it was identical so we avoided.
 
Jigger Inn alongside 17th Old has good selection Scot beer. Upstairs in Old Course Hotel there is a bar with broadest range of single malts available.
