Second round today. Missed 3 shots, one being back to back bunker shots, so no big deal. No connection issues at all.

The only way I know of to combine them is to email Support. However, it is tedious and depends on how many holes were missed, but in my last round, it had reset after 5 holes. On the web dashboard, I was able to sign-in and to pull up both partial rounds in two separate tabs in my browser and, using the shot distances shown in each of those first 5 holes, basically added the shots missed from the first 5 holes into the larger of the two rounds.Does anyone know if there’s a way for users to join rounds together or is that an email to support thing?
That’s unfortunate. I’ll have to remember to make the edits again after it gets merged.Edited to add: If you do any editing before contacting Support to combine the two partial rounds, you lose any editing you've done.
From what I understand, they can only combine the raw, unedited data that has been uploaded. That’s unfortunate. I’ll have to remember to make the edits again after it gets merged.
It was really slow connecting for me too, today. Otherwise worked flawlessly other than not knowing how to make putts go down in manual mode. Had a1 putt, and it defaulted to 2 and the only option was +. Learned it does not wrap back around to 0.Today did seem pretty slow to find GPS satellites. I exited and restarted the process twice because it was taking longer than normal. I didn’t think the weather was bad enough to affect it. I also had it end my round twice. They were during what felt like long waits.

1st round today. Like how the X5 works touch screen is great. Worked well a couple hiccups. Shutdown on 9 for some reason. Restarted on back 9. Worked flawlessly until 17th green. Went to mark pin and it was locked up. Few bugs to work out but function is a great update to the v3. Anyone think the step counter counts steps excessively.
Yes, I had a little over 10,000 for my round this weekend.I am finding the opposite on steps and think it’s under recording - has anyone seen the step number go over 10,000 on the watch?
Swipe from the clock face to the right I think it isHow do you get to steps? It showed the number right after my round, but now I can’t seem to get to it on the watch.
I walk 9 and 18 hole rounds. Is anyone else having issues with the step counter/pedometer?
played 3 rounds where it was showing between 5-6000 steps total. Played again today with phone in pocket to see if accurate and the watch had 5800. My phone showed 12,000 steps for the round.
Yeah, your right. Maybe I should just plan on saving the maiden voyage for Wednesday. You've still got to put the little screws in, charge the watch, download the firmware etc
You might want to double up your first time out. For me the V3 was simple stupid for some reason I'm having a difficult time grasping this one. I hope it's really just a old dog new tricks thing more so than that I'm just an idiot.
Watch the video's - get comfortable with it. I'm saying it's a fantastic device but don't rush it.Yeah, your right. Maybe I should just plan on saving the maiden voyage for Wednesday.![]()
This is the range my X5 has been reportingI walk 9 and 18 rounds.
For steps, I usually get 5500-6000 for 9 holes and 12,000 plus for 18 rounds on iWatch.
I used my X5 for the 1st time yesterday and it showed 14,000 steps at the end. It stopped working sometime during the 1st hole but that might have been user error. Once I started it on hole #2 it never missed any shots. A bit of a learning curve compared to my old V3, but that's to be expected since it has so many features. I like it!This is the range my X5 has been reporting
The first two rounds with the X5, I left the old V3 tags in the clubs and no shots were missed. In the last round, my 3rd, my watch reverted to the watch face on hole 5, and I got the vibration and warning about the crown button being pushed and the watch ready to shut down on 8 green. So, figuring my glove was hitting the crown button, I moved the watch slightly farther up my arm and a few shots were missed on the back 9.One change that I made was that I swapped out all of my old tags for the new ones that came with the X5. I had resisted it because I like the smaller ones better, but the watch was definitely picking up the new tags much better, so for those of you who have not swapped out the tags, I recommend doing so.
Is this week the week !!!????
Not even a peep of info.I hope so. Have you gotten anything else besides your confirmation?
