Shoulder covering up ball

During my back swing my rotation is causing my shoulder to cover up the ball. This makes it tricky to keep an eye on the ball. The most i can do is look at the same spot and trust my swing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Am i setting up to close? Over rotating? To long of a back swing?
