Firstly, Happy Fathers Day to all the dads and grandads here on THP!
With FD tomorrow, I know many of us have likely finished prepping our BBQ and food tonight, so what's on the menu, how you cooking it, and throw some pics up!!
I just finished prepping and throwing rub on 3 racks of St Louis Ribs, just with some chili powder and Weber Smokey Brown Sugar rub. Going to start the grill smoke tomorrow at 9am, and have on a giant kielbasa as well.
Got chicken legs BBQ and Lemon Oil Garlic, pork chunks in LOG for ka Bob's. Plus some mini spicy and sweet sausage sandwiches. Then some asparagus and whatever sides to not be 100% meat
Going to have some delicious meat sweat dreams tonight
