I would love one, but I just don’t see the value in them. They look amazing, and are certainly exclusive, but I just can’t justify that expense.

Im not saying they don't have an amazing product. My reasoning behind it is that the "tour" putter is the same steel as the stock putter. Made on the same machine. the only difference is the stamping on it. In my eyes that doesn't justify the $1k plus price hike over the $600 stock options. If the "tour" was $999 or whatever I would absolutely get one.

Yeah, but like he said... eye of the beholder. A lot of guys might say the extra $399 in the example you gave is still too much for different stamping. It's fun to have options and obviously there is a market for the tour stuff.

Not true. Almost all of them also have different finishes, tweaks in shape from slight to severe, and even milling that isn’t available as standard. It’s not simply stamping, but as I said, it’s eye of the beholder. Not to mention if they have Tour on them they’ve actually rotated through the Tour bag, can’t say that about either of my “Tour” Cameron’s.
