I just played my first round with my new Taylormade Sim Max 2 with blue Ventus shaft. I absolutely love it!!! Just concerned with scratches on the bottom already. Anyone know of a solution to prevent this? It bugs me already.

Don't hit the ground... Tee is too low... :p

Will just be the nature of the beast with carbon like that on the sole.

Don’t think of the as scratches but more like character marks!😁

Anything on the sole wouldn't bother me much, see it all the time. The crown though that would be a different story.

If it really bothers you, you could try putting some kind of clear tape on the sole and changing it regularly. Short of that, it's just gonna happen.

Wax it. Get a really good ceramic car polish and give it a coat or two. It'll protect it and make it super slick.

Think of those scratches as part of a means for those bombs you are hitting! Otherwise tee it high and let it fly.

Battle scars. As already mentioned a couple coats of good wax will minimize.
