Hey guys,
Sorry if this has been discussed before.
Bought an M2 5 wood and the shaft cracked (nothing to do with TM or a dodgie product) and I managed to get a replacement shaft. Called TM who said they’d send a new ferrule out to me but nothing ever arrived. Called them back today and they said they don’t want to because if I fit the shaft myself then my warranty is not valid. They eventually agreed to send one but under the agreement that if the club were to become faulty at a later date then I was on my own. I even asked if my club pro who is a TM stockists fixed the club would this still make the warranty invalid and they said yes.
Is this normal practice?
