TENS Unit, do you have one/use one?

Oh that's actually a real nice feature. Do you use that often or mainly stick to one setting?

I’ve definitely used it - especially on larger muscle groups like legs, or when providing therapy to a leg and arm at the same time. It’s even useful when I want to do a warm up followed by a little more intense session.

I bought the amazons choice for $35 haha but that one sounds awesome

I have a cheap one that I got from amazon. I don’t think it is a cure for what ails ya, but it definitely is temporary relief. I use mine on my lower back and it feels great
