Would have thought higher! Then i checked the one thats made here GLBC Christmas Ale and its 7.5 and i know after 3 bad decisions get made!

Heck yes!!! Love this thread…I’ve been up since 5am working on early prep & getting the Turkey brine ready for smoking a Turkey!!! Mixture of parsley, onions, garlic, oranges, salt & molasses.
