It's getting to be that time where @JasonFinleyCG should be coming around and dropping the names of the crew that will be representing Team Callaway isn't it?

Sorry if it's been asked already.

What is everybody expecting their bag makeup to be after your fitting? Are you planning on having a bag that looks like your normal bag?

I know this isn't an internet golfer selection and you'll be working with professional fitters, but is their any particular type of club you're looking to change into?
Expecting I might stay in the CB realm for irons, but won't be too surprised if I end up in TiFs.

With driver, I've mentioned I would probably be dabbling in non-LS models right now if not for the Grandaddy, but wouldn't be surprised if I ended up in a Triple Diamond type head.

After driver I go mini driver currently, and I'm not expecting one of those to necessarily be available. I'm not opposed to going to a fairway, I've just found more confidence in a mini off the tee and not enough use off the deck to justify not having a mini. The Super Hybrid should in theory be a club I really like, but I've never quite got the turf interaction down enough to be a true 3W replacement. I have a couple UWs in the bag so open to a lower lofted one of those if available.

In the past I've been pretty heavy on the headcovers so open to a couple hybrids depending on what the fitter recommends and what kind of irons I go with.

Wedges I've heard can sometimes get the least amount of hands on fitting, so if that happens I'll probably stick with something fairly similar to what I have now, which would probably be S grind GW, Z grind SW, C grind LW. Would like to go Platinum in the SW and LW, but as of now C grind isn't available in those.

For putter at the moment I'm interested in moving away from the Jailbird shape, as I've really enjoyed it but felt like there might be some better alignment out there for me. Would be looking to stay in the mallet realm and in the CH or S hosel realm, but open to fitter recommendations. Assuming no new inserts, I'd be happy with either the standard or milled insert.

Of all the things I was happy I did during the Grandaddy, sitting across from Jason and Lexi at dinner may be #1.
Really awesome conversation, and got to ask Jason the questions I had been wanting to ask, but more 1 on 1.

Yeah buddy 2-9 coming in hot
We are kicking it off (if it continues) with 2 - 9's, so I am enjoying the similarities!

After that ball release last year, I can't imagine the questions and all the research that went into that one! Very cool!

Jumping in on this one. I'm definitely open to whatever a tour fitter has to say! I have my current specs jotted down in case I have a brain cramp with my fitter and I've hit quite a bit of stuff out there right now, albeit only at a demo day and inside.

Driver: I love my Paradym core and have been dialing it in this past month. I generally like a high draw, so optimizing the shaft and head to my sequence (a degree or two open compared to path). I could totally see a standard model or a TD but with a different start line for my draw.

Woods: My Paradym 3W and 5W are working really, really well right now. I have a great shot out of the rough with the 5W that doesn't really work with my Apex UT or my longer irons. This has me thinking a UW could potentially work for me. I have narrow fairways back home, so the driving iron (Apex UT) gets a ton of use.

Irons: The Ti Fusions are nothing like I've hit before. I think I need a touch more pop out of the short irons and a touch more forgiveness towards the toe than my current Apex Pros. I love the feel of the Pros, but probably looking more at the Fusions. I didn't hit the 200's well at all on demo day but striped the Fusions. We'll see what the fitter says. Probs 5-AW.

Wedges: Love the Opus platinum for 1/2-3/4 flip wedges. I almost never hit full swings with my 54 and 60, so I like a nice controlled trajectory from 100 in. Currently have a low/high bounce combo in Jaws Raw with the 60 as a full face. Probably going to hit the store one more time to see what grinds they have, because the last time I went they only had two Opus grinds to hit.

Putter: Absolutely in love with my 33" Odyssey Eleven CS. Really works with my stroke. Going to see what matches up with that in the fitting.

Grandaddy time is such a fun time. Excitement is really ramping up now that we are getting to December

I've mentioned it before- this team, isn't so much on the "training" side of things. There will be no early morning workout sessions, or pictures of the hotel gyms/treadmills. We've all already sculpted these bodies to perfection.... :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

What shafts are you currently using? Any thoughts about what might be optimal?

Every time an equipment question gets posted in here, I am bringing it to the forum.

I mean if people really want morning gym pictures I"ll go take a picture in the gym eating a donut.

I currently have PX Hzrdus Gen 4 Black 60g, 6.5 in driver. 70g in my two woods. Launch and feel are awesome. I think the stiffness of the tip is near perfect for me. I kind of would be curious about the overall stiffness. Maybe I'm more 6.0 (stiff vs X) for better face control. That's sort of the area my coach has tried to work with me on. He wants my face to be open exactly half of what my path is. So if I'm 4* in to out path, he wants 2* open. Makes sense.

What do you game for your d/woods? I know you're recoil for irons in your signature

I'm currently in Nippon Modus 120 S but I think I might like to go graphite. I will 100% rely on the fitter, even if he says stay in steel.

I’m interested in the lighter tend and graphite as well. In modus 120 as well but also really like 105 as well
