The lead up is quick, and the experience is even quicker. Feels like you land in CA and then you blink and you're back at the SAN airport after a whirlwind. A wonderful whirlwind, but a whirlwind nonetheless.Wild how fast the whole thing goes.

Its also wild how close of a friendship you build with the team in such a short period of time. The lead up is quick, and the experience is even quicker. Only 2 “THIS COULD BE YOU”s left. That third spot might not be technically availableThere's 5 left. One is for one of you from The Goat Cup. I believe there is still one out from The Odyssey contest if I'm not mistaken. That should leave 3 more for contests or a tap. It will be exciting to see how the rest of the team pans out!
I want to see all of you guys. We need a happy hour. Its also wild how close of a friendship you build with the team in such a short period of time.
We have to keep an eye out for the sneaky addition of “this could be you” lines.Only 2 “THIS COULD BE YOU”s left. That third spot might not be technically available
@JB is sneaky like thatWe have to keep an eye out for the sneaky addition of “this could be you” lines.
Yeah it’s nuts. I try to explain it when asked but it’s tough. Your head is on swivel. Between team meeting, fittings, bus rides, ECPC, hanging with callaway, headquarters, info you hear, Als, Hideaway, etc it’s wild. I mean mercy one second I was riding to the hotel in the Mercedes. Another JB and I were riding in the SUV as the last ones out and shortly after I was sitting there sad with my California kitchen ham and cheese biscuit at the airportThe lead up is quick, and the experience is even quicker. Gives me chills to think about itYeah it’s nuts. I try to explain it when asked but it’s tough. Your head is on swivel. People around me started offering me tissues lol. @blazinden picked me up big though at Philly airport though before my final leg back to RVA. I think it’s still weeks and months later you still are absorbing things. So much of that trip is just living in the moment and I think thats the better way to do it than try to absorb everything then and there because it’s overwhelming tbh.
It’s truly one of the wildest experiences one will ever go through. It’s so hard to describe all the little things too. Everyone thinks of the big things but there’s so much in between those things people think about like Callaway headquarters, ECPC, Bus ride, Al, Nest, Hideaway, etc. Just things that are so cool that you don’t normally have. Something like on the range one of the employees literally everytime I finished a club would immediately come up, take the club, scrub it down throughly, dry it and put in the bag. He just stood there waiting patiently. Caddie talking you as they study your swings. Our caddie during our matches would be like with that little fade you love if you grab this iron and take a little off you are money. Those kind of small things and that’s just a sample. Callaway has a blast at this event. This is a fun time for them when they are getting ready for really busy times. It’s such a fun group. No less Tudor saved me from a cougar mauling me at like 1am in a dance circle (That’s about all I’ll say about the Nest. It’s like VegasGives me chills to think about it
I think this years team is absolutely star studded. It’s going to be such a compelling follow. I love how active and personable each of the members are. This team is really starting to come into focus now! Super cool to watch happen.
I ain't religious, but I'll start praying that one day I get selected to the GrandaddyIt’s truly one of the wildest experiences one will ever go through. . Like I said there’s so much in between the major things people think about.

That’s one of the many reasons I’m so stoked for the Morgan Cup - interacting here will be even more fun when I can start putting faces and memories with the screen names! The more i get to know people here the more fun it is to see friends get selected......honestly every pick so far has been amazing.
It's gonna be such a fun follow.
I am gonna try to make my best possible food that week to follow along to minimize my jealousy. haha
The Grandaddy is just IT. Like, it's been chugging along more or less the same general event for 12 years now, because you don't fix the greatest amateur golf event ever created. It doesn't need it.It’s truly one of the wildest experiences one will ever go through. It’s so hard to describe all the little things too.
