If they are as forgiving as they say, I'd give them a chance in my bag. I loved the MP-14 when I played them.

Even if these are super forgiving, i think hitting blades.....much like talking to single moms at a PTA meeting, a lot of it comes down to confidence above all else.

Looking down at a blade 4 iron can psych you out and you don't make your natural swing. I've had this issue with my MP241s where i'm kinda psyched out before i even start my swing.

Forgiveness helps in building up confidence. But sometimes a small club just psyches people out.

I'm a bit skeptical that even a forgiving blade would work for a higher index, but maybe i'm wrong

Can't forget that Cobra had, in my opinion, the most innovative driver last year.

Oh I’m totally hitting them in my fitting. More than likely will not end up in them.

Yeah, I mean I want to hit them no matter what. It would just be added fun if it was for a Cobra Classic fitting.

I busted out my forged 300 irons today and was loving every second of them. That 3i and 4i look exactly like a blade from the top. I don't even understand why I try anything else - they are so so so good. So I guess I'd put an asterisk and say "it depends" Now that I'm thinking about it more maybe I do want to try the MB version.
 
This is the event this year!
 
This is going to have some fun reviews coming from it. Super interesting in the tech in these irons!

If you don't know by now, you will learn THP doesn't do old tec for events....

I'm extremely happy to announce that 3DP lineup of irons will be available for those who choose to go that route for the Cobra Classic with only the caveat being that you can only choose shafts that are no upcharge in Cobra's catalog. Also there will be no combo or mixing of sets allowed.

There's a chance I could bag them based on what I've seen/read so far...but I would probably want them as part of a combo set...so I would most likely run with the Tours.

Also wouldn't sleep on the King Tours.

KTs are extremely underrated - the black version looks so good in person.
 
This awesome event gets even better, wow!! I can’t wait more details, it going to be a BIG time blast for those who get selected and a must follow for everyone else.
