We'll use this thread to discuss and follow the magical 59 chase from all tours around the world.
 
Chad Collins in the Web.com Utah Championship is chasing it. 11 under through 15. Needs to play the final 3 in 1 under for 59 on the nose...this is a par 71 course.
 
Not liking his chances at the moment watching it live.
 
Has to birdie 9 his 18th of the day..and he's a native of Indianapolis...

I'm curious if he goes flag hunting if he hits the 9th fairway. How do you not?
 
Not an easy approach shot.
 
Good effort on the putt for the 59 for Collins. 60 ain't too shabby though.
 
Shame he couldn't get it done...but man a 27 on his out nine....that would be special nine to follow.

Great round today by Wilcox, only 3 others on the Web.com tour have done it

I can't believe no one from his thread bumped this one!

Tiger is -7 through 11 on a par 70 course. 59 could be smashed today.

And yeah, I hope he does it.
 
The way Tiger is playing today, 59 is in play.

I would love to see Tiger break 60 at Firestone. That would be a round for the ages.
