The Beer Thread

Lagunitas Little Sumpin Sumpin and Hi-Wire Hi-Pitch Mosaic IPA this evening.
 
One of the greatest breweries, seminal in creative Abd perfecting the NE IPA style just bought a golf course. I used to live a mile from that course too.

That was kind of my thinking! It's more open face than a real sandwich.
 
Love when my wife, who likes 1% of beers, buys a non normal beer she wants to try, hates it, and then doesn't drink it. So of course I drink it cuz I refuse to pour beer down the drain. At least it will help me keep my girlish figure?

Treehouse is the BEST!!!! I've got family in CT that alway fly down to me in Florida with some in the luggage. I love that they bought a course.

Wish I could find Troeg's in this area. Unfortunately I can't. Seems that they are not distributed in my area. I've heard so many good things about the brewery!

ABV: 7% / IBU: 20 / SRM: 6 / OG: 15.7 ˚P / SG: 1.01406
An unfiltered, deep-golden ale brewed with malted two-row barley and wheat. Finished with blood orange peel, Texas honey and a blend of spices.
 
Guinness or some kind of Pilsner. I don‘t like hoppy beers and light doesn’t do it for me unless it’s really hot.

Played golf at a local course on Tuesday. A few years back they spent some money on an outdoor bar and/or entertainment center. It is covered, so there is no problem if it rains. They also invested in their kitchen and chef. Now, people come there who have no interest in golf. They're just there for fun! Good drinks and good food! We played there on Tuesday, and will play there again tomorrow. They have an excellent draught beer list, and I will again imbibe a pint of the Bell's Oberon! I've enjoyed their beers in the past, and enjoyed the one I drank on Tuesday! I will certainly have another one tomorrow! Along with some food!
